My Story

I didn’t learn this in a classroom

I learned it kneeling on the floor in depression… after raising my voice one too many times. Heart racing. Ashamed. Watching my pain spill onto my boy and feeling our bond slip away

That was my breaking point.

Then I discovered how to breathe with awareness, reset my nervous system, and meet my kids with calm instead of chaos. Breath by breath, I rebuilt myself – and my connection with my family.

Now I teach other fathers to do the same. Because our kids don’t just need us in the room – they need us present, steady, and alive with them
